Engilang'et pre- & Primary school

Since June 2013, Tanzania Zentrum has been supporting Anna Mollel and her integration school.

The dedicated Masaai woman has just started to build a school back in these days.

In this school, disadvantaged, physically impaired, HIV-AIDS-infected and very poor children and those who live far from good schools have a chance of high-quality schooling. And we succeed ...

We are grateful and proud supporting such a great and efficient project!

So far, thanks to contributions from Tanzania Zentrum we achieved:

  • Financing of three classrooms
  • Wheelchair for a disabled boy (OINI)
  • ANAMED Seminar for teachers and other staff
  • Sales of cotton cloths, made in Anna Mollel's workshop, as a contribution to running costs
  • School sponsorships for several children
  • Covering running costs
  • Cash dispensing of passengers for the purchase of food, purchase of a dairy cow, purchase of mattresses and blankets for boarding children, etc.
  • Funds for the construction of the kitchen are called for. We are still waiting for the entry in the land register to start.

Current goals

  • Construction of the secondary school
  • Support for running expenses
  • Invitation from Anna Mollel to Austria 2018
  • School sponsorships:
    • € 55, - / month in boarding school
    • € 25, - / month in day school
